At 19, I arrived in Germany with a suitcase, a dream, and no idea how much resilience it would take to build a life from scratch. Like many other international women, I know what it feels like to be the first. The only one. The different one.
I know what it feels like to navigate unfamiliar systems, build a career in spaces where you often have to prove yourself, and chase big dreams while feeling like nobody truly understands your journey.
Over the years, I built a successful career in banking, created a thriving community of internationally-minded women, and dedicated my work to helping women realize that they are capable of far more than they have been led to believe.
The Level Up Summit was born from a simple idea and I cannot wait to make this day very special for you!
